what four characteristics would help you determine if a rock could be a meteorite
Is this helpful? Yes No (0/0)

'The answer is addressed in Daily Science, grade 4.

It''s part of a 5 week lesson that addresses the Big Idea "The Properties of rocks and minerals reflect the process that formed them.

This particular big idea is separated into 4 weekly questions:
Week 1: What''s the difference between a rock and a mineral?
Week 2: Where do rocks come from?
Week 3: Are some rocks valuable?
Week 4: Do all rocks come from Earth?  <---your question is answered here.

In order order to grasp the entire concept though, you need the bigger picture. Daily Science gives you that bigger picture.'
