Evan-Moor Introduces Interactive Learning Games

Educational games provide “smart screen time” for children and are ideal for use in the classroom or home to build important skills.

MONTEREY, CA (April 29, 2016)––Parents and teachers alike have voiced concern with the amount of time children spend on computers, iPads, and other devices. One solution is to ensure that screen time is monitored, as well as educational. This week, Evan-Moor Educational Publishers has launched a series of interactive learning games to provide children with “smart screen time.”

Based on Evan-Moor’s teacher-developed educational materials, these interactive games provide skill practice that aligns to standards and helps children practice skills and concepts tied to the curriculum. The game-like tasks and rewards motivate children to “play,” while learning important grade-level skills covering reading, language arts, math, and science.

“I have used Evan-Moor’s interactive learning games with my children and appreciate how the games stimulate their minds and excite them to learn,” said Trisha Thomas, chief marketing officer, Evan-Moor Educational Publishers. “These interactive games would also work well in a classroom for learning centers, to help struggling students understand concepts, or to provide a challenge for fast finishers.”

Introduced at only $9.99 each, Evan-Moor’s interactive games work on any desktop computer, Mac or PC, and include:
