I want to review the traditional cursive student workbook

The handwriting book is good for younger students, there are a few activities to match pictures with words so it isn't just handwriting but with so many different resources now I feel like this is less interesting to my Pre-K students.

I use this for writing practice. The kids don't love it, but it is so effective!! I ask them to write each letter 5 times only as opposed to filling the whole line.

Recently purchased the daily handwriting book. Love it!

I have used this in the classroom as well as for tutoring. It is an excellent resource that my students have all enjoyed using.

This is a great book. I love that there are poems in this book and other useful topics.

I'm so excited to use this next year with my class.

I love this book for extra writing practice. I had it in D'Neilian and used it all the time but we don't teach that method anymore!!

I like the book and so do our daughters. I like daily plans. We work ahead often, however gives a good stopping point.

I bought this book for my son who is 7yo and we are having lots of fun with it; he loves the idea of tracing and then writing by himself "in mommy's way"; it is easy to use and we cut the page in half after we are done and we put them in a binder so he can see the progress.

This is the best penmanship program I have ever found. The short passages are perfect! I never hear groaning when it is time for their lesson!!

I used it with my 6th graders. Easy to use, good for them, and educational. I highly recommend it. Love Evan-Moor resources.

We decided not to teach cursive as it was very frustrating to my son. He wouldn't stay focus and engaged. It may work very well for other students.

A very good comprehensive cursive book. Kids do complain about it sometimes as it can be a lot sometimes and it is not very appealing to the eye. No color, no pictures. I like it and I think it works great, but kids are not as happy with it. More practice with converting from print to cursive would be good too.

Our previous handwriting curriculum frustrated my son, who would rather draw than practice handwriting. Because we use Evan-Moor's Daily Science, Daily Geography, and History Pockets, I decided to give the Daily Handwriting a try. He is much happier only having to complete a few lines instead of the two pages he was expected to finish last year. My only concerns are that the paper is too thin to easily remove from the binding without major tears and that it doesn't include enough (if any at all) number formation. We will be trying Cursive Daily Writing next year, but I may have to supplement with number formation worksheets.

My second graders love to learn cursive. This excellent resource provides ideal practice for them.

The teacher suggested this daily practice, my daughter love how simple it was, but her cursive improved a lot!

I used the Monday through Thursday sections as practice. The Friday section was used as an assessment.

I use this book in my kindergarten class. I love the daily reinforcement and how the weeks have themes. Once we master the basics I jump around and use whatever sets reinforce the standard I am teaching. It covers everything from shapes, to numbers, to days of the week and so much more! I love the e-file, because I have instant access to what I need when I need it!

this was a quick and easy program that can be used as a morning activity while roll and lunch count is being taken, or an activity that can be used before reading groups. I like the practice Monday thru Thursday with Friday being a bit longer. Love it!

Great self-prompting for my 1st Grader.

These passages are just enough to review the skills in an interesting way without taking a great deal of time.
