Product reviews for Daily Academic Vocabulary, Grade 5 - Teacher's Edition, Print

I haven't used it yet, but I am very eager to share it with my 5th graders.  My students are below grade level in everything, but especially in language and reading.  I am placing a lot of faith in the Evan-Moor Daily Academic Vocabulary to help my students become more successful.  I am a big fan of the Daily Language Review, so I am expecting the same good experience with this product.

I have used it for 2 weeks and I'm already impressed! One word per day with short practice and test on Friday works perfectly for my class.

I used this book over the summer with my nephew who will be entering the 5th grade in the fall. I found it to be a wonderful resource for grade specific, test-related vocabulary.

I use this material every day with my JR High LD Resource students. I like that it takes a small number of practical vocabulary words at a time. It helps my students learn words that they WILL see again.

I plan to use this product with my students I tutor.
