However, students in the United States have lagged behind other countries in terms of science, technology, engineering and mathematical achievements in the classroom. The earlier students are exposed to STEM programs the better! When kids start STEM activities in preschool, by the time they reach middle and high school, the once fearful, difficult subjects don’t seem as menacing.
