Mike Weisert Joins Evan-Moor as Technology Services Manager
Weisert to manage Evan-Moor's growing technology initiatives.
MONTEREY, CALIF. (February 9, 2009) - Evan-Moor Educational Publishers, a leading publisher of K–8 supplemental learning materials, announces that Mike Weisert has been named the company's Technology Services Manager. Mr. Weisert will direct all technology responsibilities and play a major role in the planning and implementation of all technology objectives.
"Mike's expertise and impressive background in all phases of the software development life cycle and subsequent experience leading development teams will make him a valuable member of our technology department," says Evan-Moor CEO Bill Evans. Weisert joins the company with a wealth of development experience having worked on over 32 commercial software products. His prior experience includes work with Wind River Systems, Real-Time Innovations, and Borland International. Weisert will lead the technological development of the company and report to Evan-Moor's president, Linda Hanger.
