  • Literacy and Math Centers - v1.6 update Users can run the program from an account that does not have privileges to write to the hard drive. In previous versions, the administrator had to manually configure writing privileges for the Take It to the Computer folder on Windows XP and Mac OS 10.3.
  • A new security feature that allows for administrative privileges when moving or modifying teacher, student, and class lists.
  • A new address book function for ease of e-mailing projects home.
  • Create web-ready slideshows from the Teacher Menu that can be emailed or saved to post on a classroom web site.
  • An option that allows the cricket voice to be muted.
  • Increased functionality for printing to a networked printer.
