ANNEY BANALES
Director of Customer Service
Anney Banales has managed Evan-Moor's Customer Service Department since 1995. Along
with her management duties, she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations
of three Web sites, as well as an off-site call center. Banales' background in retail
sales management and buying, including school supply sales, has allowed her to contribute
to Evan-Moor's tradition of high level of customer satisfaction. During her time
at Evan-Moor, Banales has developed strategies for efficient order processing, streamlined
the work flow, and implemented various training efforts to ensure a consistent level
of service is offered to all Evan-Moor customers.
